Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to subscribe to our subscription, Infinite View Pro (“product”, “subscription”). For clarity, Infinite View (“we”, “us”) has created this document to inform you of our refund and return policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are invited to review this policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased with us.

Your cancellation rights

You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The deadline for a cancellation is 14 days from the date on which you purchased the project from us, or the intended user has taken possession of the product delivery.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, via [email protected] , of your decision by the deadline date above, clearly stating your intent to cancel your subscription. If you contact us beyond this or on media that is not described above, your cancellation may not be successful.

You will be reimbursed no later than 14 days from the day on which we approve your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used when purchasing the subscription. You will not occur any fees for such reimbursement.

YOU ACCEPT THAT YOUR REFUND REQUEST MAY NOT BE APPROVED IF YOU HAVE ACCESSED OR USED THE SUBSCRIPTION MATERIAL WITHIN THE 14-DAY PERIOD.
